SHIPPING & RETURNS

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping to the US
Many of our products include free shipping to the US. We are unable to provide expedited shipping for these products. You will receive an email with tracking information when these items ship.
Shipping Outside of the US
An additional fee may be applied at checkout for orders being shipped outside of the United States. Some products may not be available for shipping outside of the US.
Shipping of Live Plant Material
Pawpaw seedlings will be shipped only in the fall and spring.
The Fall 2023 shipping period will be the first week of October (10/1/2023 - 10/7/2023).
The Spring 2023 shipping period will be the third week of April (4/14/2023 - 4/20/2023).
Trees must be removed from their shipping container and either planted or stored in a shaded, protected area immediately upon delivery or else the Live Plant Material Warranty is voided. If trees are damaged in shipping, please send us pictures of the damage and the packaging within 3 days of delivery.
Our potted pawpaw seedlings have been grown at a fully licensed nursery and inspected by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection (DATCP) to ensure that they are healthy and free of diseases and pests. Despite this, we are unable to ship potted plant material anwhere west of Minnsota due to the quarantine policies currently in place to prevent the spread of Spongy Moth.
Live Plant Material Warranty
If the seedlings do not break dormancy after being stored in proper conditions they will be replaced at no charge. Trees that die within a seven-month period of purchase will be replaced at a 50% replacement rate plus the cost of shipping and handling.
As of right now, there is not a local pickup option for any orders- but that may change soon!
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If you are eligible to return your item, we will send you instruction on where to send the item.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping cost of returning your item.
Refunds may be applied through your orginal payment method or in the form of store credit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will give you instructions on how to send the item back to us. Once we receive your item, we'll send a new one your way!
The following are exempt from refunds:
Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged/missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
